MICROWEDDINGS + COVID - 19

May 20, 2020

Getting engaged and starting the next chapter as a soon-to-be married couple is a momentous step. You have found your person - the one you want to spend the rest of your life with.  Along with all of the joy and excitement comes plans around creating the perfect wedding for the two of you as a couple.  Unfortunately, COVID-19 has impacted all facets of wedding planning and many couples are finding themselves in a sea of unknowns tied to contracts, logistics and what-ifs.  This is where we come in:

For Existing TSLE Couples, we are doing the following:
-       Work with our couples to help come up with Plan A, Plan B and if needed Plan C
-       Helping couples to prioritize their next steps by taking into account both their unique personal factors and wedding related logistics
-       Communicate directly with vendors to check availability and postpone existing wedding dates
-       Take over vendor discussions and negotiations so that the couple can focus on more positive things
-       Advocate on behalf of our couple and vendors to act as the middle person and find resolutions that will satisfy all parties involved
-       Help couples find the joy and ways to celebrate their original wedding date
-       Moving forward and planning their newly scheduled wedding date!

Our efforts to support our couples during and through this time is our first priority.  For couples that are looking to start planning a wedding and those that are in the process of planning, you can rest assured knowing that (while very fluid) we are keeping up with CDC as well as state guidelines for social gatherings and plan to help implement safe practices once gatherings are allowed.

While the future holds a lot of uncertainty and “what-ifs”, we encouraged engaged couples looking to get married in 2021 not to delay as demand is high and availability is limited due to 2020 weddings being postponed to 2021.
